Who you are contracting with

carliftaustralia.com is operated by BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd, ABN 30 656 628 938, Suite 307, Norwest Central, 12 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153, Australia. When you place an order you are contracting with that company. You can reach us at theteam@carliftaustralia.com.

Orders and prices

Every price shown includes GST, and the price on the page is the price charged. Delivery is free across Australia on orders of $75 or more, measured on the GST-inclusive total; below that the delivery option offered is Express Delivery at $27.50, which is also available on any order as a paid upgrade. International delivery is quoted at the checkout.

An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If a product is mispriced or unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full rather than supply something different.

Your consumer rights

The Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded. They are set out on our refunds and returns page along with our own change-of-mind policy.

Using this website

The content of this site belongs to us or to our suppliers. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy it for commercial use, or attempt to interfere with the site or with anyone else's use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
