What we collect and why

To take and deliver an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, and the items you bought. Payment card details are entered with our payment provider and never reach us.

If you consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That sets a cookie. You can decline it in the cookie banner and nothing on the site stops working.

Who we share it with

Our payment providers, our carriers and our email provider, each only with what they need to do their job. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, because Australian tax law requires it. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
