What delivery costs

Delivery is free across Australia on orders of $75 or more. The threshold is measured on the GST-inclusive total shown in your basket, so the figure you see is the figure that counts.

Below that threshold the delivery option offered at the checkout is Express Delivery at $27.50, which includes GST.

Express delivery

Express Delivery is also offered on any order as a paid upgrade at $27.50, even where free delivery is available. You choose at the checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is then 5 to 7 days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.

Outside Australia

We do ship internationally. The checkout quotes the cost before you pay, and delivery is typically 7 to 10 days. Any duties or import taxes are the customer's.

If something goes wrong

Email theteam@carliftaustralia.com with your order number. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged we replace it or refund it.
